The church of Ennordres is a landmark in the history of the area’s religious buildings.
Our approach aimed at respecting the construction campaigns, which was achieved by using materials from common forms of the area's rural and religious past.
During the three years of preservation work, the church had been partially dismantled because of structural problems. Some parts of the church had to be carefully lifted, stone by stone, and specific structural reinforcements had to be implemented using metal rods . A fresco of the 15th Century was discovered during the restoration of the church by a team of archaeologists.
