Building Assessment (BCA) is conducted in support of other real estate activities like asset management, due diligence, risk management, code compliance or renewal planning. Quality control analysis include:
- Inspection of the building’s envelope (roofs, walls, window systems, doors);
- Inspection of interior finishes, electrical and mechanical systems, accessible structural elements and fire safety equipment;
- Inspection of exterior features of the site (passages, landscaping, etc.), of written and photographic documentation of each component, and of gaps observed.
